Outspoken Love Island star Olivia Attwood has opened up on her thoughts about this year’s Love Island stars.
The 28 year old has commented on how different the likes of Molly-Mae, Tommy Fury, Curtis Pritchard and winners Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea are.
Olivia, who finished the show in the final with her then boyfriend Chris Hughes, has claimed that “the game has changed”.
Speaking exclusively to new! magazine, Olivia admitted that while she did enjoy watching the most recent ITV2 series, she felt her year was more carefree.
She said: “I loved it. It was different to past ones. It was a very open final.” Olivia added: “Yeah, 90 per cent of them are going in there with management.
“That tells you the game’s changed. We were a lot more carefree and doing things impulsively in our series, because we didn’t really think everyone was watching.
“We didn’t know what an agent was or a Boohoo deal. After Love Island I thought I’d do a couple of personal appearances and go back to my job as a Monster grid girl.”
Despite being one of the most memorable characters in Love Island history, Olivia is still shocked at how famous she is two years after leaving the villa.
“When I came out of Love Island I was surprised by how big it was”, she said.
“Then we got our own show [Chris And Olivia: Crackin’ On], so I thought I’d make the most of it. But I’m more surprised I’m still being booked for shows and doing shoots like this two years later. I still get pinch me moments. It’s nice and I don’t take any of it for granted.
“I love Caroline [Flack]. I was texting her last night. We just hit it off and we’re like kindred spirits.
“She was very supportive after Love Island. When I came out and had a hard time, she always had my back.”
