Coronation Street legend Alan Halsall’s body transformation has certainly had fans talking online.

The 36 year old’s physique has been praised by fans, as he keeps them updated on his fitness journey and gym techniques on his Instagram page.

The fan favourite, who is best known for playing lovable Tyrone Hobbs on the popular ITV soap, often updates his followers on his journey and this week took to Instagram to reveal exactly how he’s been shedding weight.

Revealing his fitness routine, Alan shared the statistics of his workout with fans, revealing he does a 2.5k run with two minutes of walking to warm up.

He also does 2.5 miles of cycling, 2.5k of rowing and 2.5k on the cross trainer.

Alan’s recent weight loss comes after he confirmed his new relationship with co-star Tisha Merry.

The actor split from wife Lucy-Jo Hudson, who starred as Katy Harris on the ITV soap, last year.

The couple share daughter Sienna-Rae together.

Lucy and Alan met on the ITV soap back in 2002 and tied the knot in June 2009, and their daughter was born in September 2013.

Alan’s former wife has also moved on following their split and is now in a relationship with Lewis Devine, who she met while starring alongside each other on pantomime.
